Hello,

after upgrading one of my TrueNAS Servers to 13U1 while leaving the other at 12U8 my replication tasks which is trying to pull from the now 13U1 system fails because authentication failures. I tried to recreate the task several time but with no success. I see the newly created public key for the job in the authorized_keys from the root user on the source so there should be any issue. Any Idea how to debug this problem?

regards

Henning

OMG:
TrueNAS 12 cannot replicate to or from TrueNAS 13By default, TrueNAS 12 cannot initiate a replication to or from TrueNAS 13 due to an outdated SSH client library. Allowing replication to or from TrueNAS 13 to TrueNAS 12 requires allowing ssh.rsa algorithms. See OpenSSH 8.2 Release for security considerations. Log into the TrueNAS 13 system and go to Services->SSH. Add the SSH Auxiliary Parameter: PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms +ssh-rsa.
Sorry and thanks for the hint
