Failed to load conf dir

Hi all,

Been using Freenas in the past. Now decided to upgrade and go for Truenas Core. I bought the following hardware:

Supermicro H13SAE-MF
Ryzen 7600
Crucial 16 GB ram ECC un-buffered (one stick)

Made a bootable USB stick of Truenas Core in Windows using Rufus. Then booted up from the usb stick and got the following error. I have no idea about how to proceed and debug this. Any clues? I plan to make bootable nvme drives (mirrowed) but currently there are no drives attached.

Try to flash the iso into USB with BalenaEtcher instead of Rufus!
